Hoang Ninh Travel and Trade Joint Stock Company will not be responsible for the cancellation of your registration form if you fail to comply with the above provisions.

You can pay online by domestic ATM cards, including domestic debit cards issued by Vietnamese banks.

For payments by ATM card or via Internet Banking, please register Internet Banking service before using this payment method.

II. COMPULSORY REQUIRMENTS OF ONLINE PAYMENT

Note:  HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY will not be responsible for reimbursing, cancelling or changing the flight ticket services and room booking services which are ordered and paid online. The deposit for room reservation is non-refundable if you do not arrive on the date specified in your booking or do not check-in at the hotel you have booked (Hotel policy).

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the transactions are conducted in Vietnam Dong (Vietnam – VND). Prices of services in the tour are clearly listed in the “Include” part. HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY has no obligation to pay any costs which are listed in the “Include” part.

2. PAYMENT

When registering, please provide the required information fully and make a deposit to reserve a place. With different tours and services, the amount of deposit will vary. The remaining sum will be paid 5 days before the departure date. There are 2 methods of payment:

  • Payment in cash: at the company’s representative office

  • Bank transfer:

The payment is considered to be complete when HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY received enough ticket fees before the departure date or on the date that both parties agreed. Any delay in payment which results in the cancellation of service is not the responsibility of HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY.

When making bank transfer, please clearly indicate your name, address, telephone and the specific tour that you have registered.

After completing the transfer, please fax the Payment Order to the company and contact our tour officer to receive the official ticket from Hoang Ninh Travel and Trade Joint Stock Company.

Hoang Ninh Travel and Trade Joint Stock Company will not be responsible for the cancellation of your registration form if you fail to comply with the above provisions.

Note: Please fill out all required information when registering through website www.hoangninhtravel.com and be responsible for the accuracy of information provided. Hoang Ninh Travel and Trade Joint Stock Company will provide that information for service providers to conduct the necessary procedures for the trip. If there is any difference between the information that you provide and reality (which leads to adjustments), please pay the expenses incurred (if any).

 

III. TICKET CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION FEE

1. In case the ticket was canceled by HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY:

If HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY fails to undertake the tour, the company must immediately inform customers and refund the entire amount of money to the customers by bank transfer or in cash within 3 days after the cancellation.

2. In case the ticket was canceled by customers:

  • Cancel 30 – 45 days in advance: charge 10% of the total amount as cancellation fee

  • Cancel 20 – 30 days in advance: charge 20% of the total amount as cancellation fee

  • Cancel 25 days in advance: charge 25% of the total amount as cancellation fee

  • Cancel 15 days in advance: charge 30% of the total amount as cancellation fee

  • Cancel 7 days in advance: charge 40% of the total amount as cancellation fee

  • Cancel 3 – 6 days in advance: charge 75% of the total amount as cancellation fee

  • Cancel less than 3 days in advance: charge 100% of the total amount as cancellation fee

The cancellation must be notified directly to the company or by fax, email and must be confirmed by the company. The cancellation by telephone will not be accepted.

Note:

  • In case the tour is canceled due to objective reasons (such as natural disasters, terrorism and epidemics), HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY will not be liable to indemnify any costs other than reimbursing the tour.

  • The above cancellation fee is the maximum fee. Depending on different conditions of the service provider, cancellation fee can be reduced differently.

  • The cancellation period is calculated in working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).

  • Due to the complexity of visa application, the above conditions and terms of cancellation do not apply to tours to Europe, Australia, America, Russia, Japan, Korea, Egypt and South Africa. There are separate cancellation conditions and terms for those tours.

  • The above conditions and terms of cancellation do not apply to holidays or New Year’s Days.
    3. Case of force majeure:

If the tour is canceled or changed by either party as result of force majeure (war, natural disasters, terrorism ...), then the two parties have no obligation to reimburse the losses happened or to take any legal liability. However, each party should make the maximum effort to help each other in order to minimize the losses caused by force majeure.

 

4. FOR CUSTOMERS PAYING ONLINE THROUGH WEBSITE HOANGNINHTRAVEL.COM

  • Customers cancel the ticket (or the tour) on working days, holidays and New Year’s Days in accordance with the provisions above. In case of online payment, customers who cancel the tour tickets will have to pay all the bank charges for payment of the tickets.

  • HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY will refund to customers as soon as the bank announced the money has been paid into the company’s account.

  1. PRICE FOR CHILDREN

  • Children under 2 years old: Pay 30% of the travel ticket fee.

  • Children from 2 - 12 years old: Pay 50% - 100% of the travel ticket fee (depending on policies of each airline company)

Note:

  • The travel ticket fee does not include: tax and special service (for example: separate bed)

  • 2 adults are accompanied by 1 child only.

  • In case there are 2 children, the second child has to pay as much as the adult’s price for an extra bed.

 

6. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS DURING THE TRIP

Customers have to inform the company about their special requirements at the time of registration. HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY will try to satisfy these special requirements in the company’s possibilities. However, the company will not be responsible for any refusal of providing services from the carriers, hotels, restaurants and other service providers.

7. HOTEL

Basically, hotels offer customers with 2 single beds (TWIN) or a double bed (DBL), depending on the structure of each hotel. TRIPLE room (room with 3 single beds) will be arranged as needed. Hotels that HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY arranges for each tour will have the corresponding standards with the price. For any reasons, if it is necessary to make some changes, the hotel will ensure the replacement is equivalent to the standard of the original hotel. The replacement will be informed to customers before the departure date.

Customers’ special requirements which are informed to HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY at the time of registration will be satisfied in the possibilities of the hotel. Customers have to pay extra fees for their special requirements (if any). HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY has the right not to meet these requirements if the hotel refuses to provide the services.

8. TRANSPORTATION

Means of transportation is dependent on each tour.

  • Going by car /coach:

Different air conditioned cars and coaches (with 4-7-15-25-35-45 seats) will be arranged by HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY to be suitable with different tours and number of passengers.

  • Going by train /airplane/ hydrofoil (a kind of public transportation):

During the trip, some transport providers may vary the departure without notice; however, HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY will inform the customers about the schedule changes if possible.

HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY will not reimburse for any physical and mental damages caused by the delays of public transportations or caused by the customers. The company will only help to reduce the damages or losses of customers.

9. BAGGAGE

Lightweight baggage, with programs using free baggage allowance, will be stipulated by airline companies.

HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY will not be responsible for the lost or damaged baggage or any items of passengers during the trip, passengers need to preserve their own baggage. If customers lost their baggage, HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY will help passengers to contact the relevant departments for tracing the delayed or lost baggage. The compensation for delayed or lost baggage is clarified by the service providers or insurance companies.

10. RECEIVING INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOUR

Before registering, please read carefully the tour, tour fare, and other fees including and excluding in the tour. Customers can register and settle the payment directly or through authorized representatives. The registration and payment are conducted at the main office or branches of HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY. HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY is only responsible for providing information about the tour for customers or for the authorized representatives. The company will not be liable if the authorized representatives fail to inform or misinform the customers about the information of the tour.

11. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMMITMENTS.

  • Hoang Ninh Travel and Trade Joint Stock Company:

  • The company will ensure all the services are in accordance with the established program

  • The company will fully inform the customers about necessary information and regulations of domestic and international travel before the departure date.

  • In international tours, the company will not be responsible if customers are refused to enter a foreign country by relevant agencies of the foreign country. The customers have to pay for every expenses incurred from this refusal, including cancelation charges of service providers.

  • Customers:

  • Pay in full and on time

  • Comply with the company’s programs and arrangement during the tour.

  • Provide passport, photographs and documents relating to the entry and exit procedures fully and on time

  • Comply with regulations and laws of the countries to visit. HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY will not take legal or material responsibilities in the case customers violate regulations and laws of the countries to visit. Customers have to pay all the expenses related to the violation of regulations and laws. HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY only has responsibilities in helping customers to minimize their damages or losses.

  • Depending on the actual situation, HOANG NINH TRAVEL AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY reserves the right to change the route, to rearrange the order of destinations or to cancel the tour at any time for the convenience and safety of customers.

In the course of implementation, if disputes cannot be settled through negotiations, the case will be brought to Bac Giang People's Court in accordance with the provisions of the current law. All the costs shall be borne by the losing party.
